Actual battery cost

The actual cost of your battery is not the initial cost of purchase. It depends on the battery you choose to buy. It can include maintenance costs, cable replacement costs, the cost of repairing damage to your equipment, and sadly the early cost of replacing the battery. Hear us out below.

LIQUID BATTERIES

Maintenance cost
Liquid batteries often have a lower price which is tempting! But there's a catch. These batteries require regular maintenance and require fluid supplementation every 2 to 4 weeks based on use intensity. Each element needs liquid addition, so if you have a 48 Volt system, you will have to fill up with 24 such cells, so if you have an entire fleet of vehicles, maintenance can be very time-consuming. For example, for a fleet of 50 golf cars, you will need to fill out 1200 items! Not only do you have a lot of work to do, but you also have to do it perfectly. Incorrectly adding liquids just above or below the right amount to your battery can significantly shorten its lifespan.

Cable Replacement and Damage Repair Cost
Liquid batteries release acids on top of them and the environment. This acid leak not only corrodes the battery terminals, but it can also eventually melt them, but it can also corrode the battery case, the cables will eventually need to get replaced, and there may be costly to repair the damage. If you do a good cleaning job, you can avoid replacing the cables and repairing the damage, but the maintenance costs will inevitably increase. It does not seem to matter how one approaches the issue of liquid batteries because it is a costly investment anyway.

Battery Replacement Cost
Even if liquid batteries are perfectly maintained, they will need to get replaced much earlier than a Fullriver AGM battery.

OTHER CLOSED TYPE BATTERIES
Mostly, they do not have the same manufacturing technology, so they will need to get replaced much sooner than a Fullriver AGM battery. At Fullriver we use high-quality materials that meet quality production standards, thus ensuring that each battery meets its specifications.

Fullriver batteries get designed and manufactured to outperform the competition.

For substantially lower costs compared to the life of your batteries, choose Fullriver batteries for your energy solution.
